Mark your Calendar for March 5-8 and note the new location this year: Mandalay Bay Events Center, Las Vegas
This 12,000-seat arena also serves as the home arena for the WNBA Las Vegas Aces, and this season's WNBA All-Star events. It should make a good environment for our tournament.

For those making travel plans, consider making reservations at Mandalay Bay or nearby if you want to catch all the tournament fanfare. Mandalay Bay is on the southern tip of the strip.
There are cheaper options nearby. There is a free tram that runs every 3-7 minutes between three MGM sister properties along the southern strip: Mandalay Bay, Luxor and Excalibur. Excalibur is definitely more affordable. If you're looking for upscale, Mandalay bay has many suites as well as floors run by the Four Seasons. There is also a separate Denalo tower.
If you attend, we recommend following the team's Social Media accounts on Facebook and Twitter during the event. (Remember that you can peek there even without having an account). They often announce send-off events with the band & cheer & Duck. Those events are too last-minute and fluid for us to document or email.
Megan (Murphy) Lopez was in Vegas with the other Pac-12 DOBOs (Director-Of-Basketball-Operations) to prep for the upcoming Tourney. Megan (middle-left) wanted everyone to be aware of the change of venue.
